Feedback in Zeda.io is any communication you receive directly from customers or via customer-facing teams (Suppor team, Customer Success, Sales, etc.) that acts as product feedback, bug report, feature request, or even a product idea.
It is essential for product teams to have a single view of all incoming feedback around their product to be able to know more about customer pain points, identify opportunities for building new features, and in general, make better, more data-driven product decisions.
The feedback dashboard in Zeda.io helps you do just that, and with the import via CSV option, you can bring in all your historical data, which is scattered at multiple places, into one single place.
Instructions to import
π Step-1: Navigate to the feedback dashboard
π Step-2: Click on the icon next to the "+ Add Feedback" button and click on the "Import CSV" option.
π Step-3: Arrange your data according to this format Download sample files.
π Step-4: Upload the file in the box shown below.
π Step-5: Click on the import button to import feedback on the uploaded file.
π Step-6: The feedback in the selected file will be imported.
