Integration with Slack will enable your team to pass on messages on Slack as requests or features in Zeda.io, thereby making it extremely easy for your entire org to coordinate with your product managers.
Slack <> Zeda.io integration supports the following actions -
Create requests in your backlog directly from Slack
Share release notes on your team's Slack channel
Get notified whenever there is new Feedback or Public comment
Setup
To set up the integration, follow the below steps -
Log in to your Zeda.io workspace and navigate to Company Name and in that Workspace setting > Integrations > Slack
Log in to your Slack workspace from Zeda.io.

Use Case 1: Create requests in Zeda.io from Slack.
Once your Slack workspace is connected to your Zeda.io account, you can create requests in the Zeda.io backlog directly from Slack messages.
Click on the three dots menu against any Slack message and search for "Create Request Zeda.io."
Select your Zeda.io workspace name.
βDefine the request details like Type, Title, Customer, Description, and Client and submit the request.
βView the created request in your Zeda.io backlog. Requests created from Slack have the value of the source field as Slack.
Use case 2: Share release notes with your team and customers
After linking your Slack workspace to your Zeda.io workspace, sharing Release Notes becomes effortless. Whenever a release note is posted in your Zeda.io workspace, you can conveniently distribute it to your entire organization and your Slack Direct customer channels.
To do this, follow the below steps -
Once the release note is created, you can select the users. The user's selection part happens from the Integration settings page:
Enable the toggle for Slack and select the channel where you want to send a notification of the release notes.
Use case 3: Keep your team informed on the Feedback you receive through other sources
Please select the Slack channel that you would like to receive the notification to from the Slack integrations page:
