Intercom integration will help to bring intercom conversations into Zeda as feedback.

<br>With integration, we will provide 3 tags by default on the setting.<br>These tags are also auto-created in your intercom workspace.

Intercom integration to bring Intercom conversations into Zeda as feedback

Enable the integration and we will provide 3 tags by default on the settings screen.

These tags will be auto-created in the linked Intercom workspace

Inside an Intercom conversation, on a particular message, a tag can be attached. If the tags that were created from Zeda are attached, feedback will be logged in the Zeda dashboard

3. These tags will be auto-created in the linked Intercom workspace

Note: These tags can be removed and edited as per your requirement. However, if you edit the tag in Zeda it will have to be manually updated on Intercom as well.
