Introduction

Most of the project management tools like Jira, DevOps or Linear will have an Epic under which there will be stories, features or bugs created.

If the feature type is created as an Epic in Zeda the same will be created as an Epic in jira. We can have multiple sub feature of type stories, feature or bug under the Epic.

How does the Feature types work?

Features in Zeda → if the type is defined as

  1. EPIC

    1. They can create sub-features under feature (Zeda) which will map to Jira

  2. TASK, BUG, IMPROVEMENT, STORY

    1. They can’t create sub-features under feature (Zeda) and only the parent feature will map to Jira
