The most popular way to use Zapier and is to enable your teams to easily create requests in your feedback dashboard.

Some popular ways to do this are -

  1. Bring your google form/survey monkey/Typeform responses to the feedback dashboard. Once in the dashboard, you can process them to take better product decisions

  2. Send your support tickets that contain product feedback, a bug to be fixed, or new feature ideas to the feedback dashboard directly from support tools like Productboard/Freshdesk so that you easily involve your support team in building products for your customers.

Once you create requests in the feedback dashboard, your product team can take better decisions while defining and improving products for your customers.
