Now migrate all your documents from Google Docs to Zeda.io

Some of the app-specific instructions to migrate documents from Confluence are explained below -

Migrate individual files

  • On Google docs, go to 'File' then select 'Download' and choose 'Microsoft Word' as the format. The file will be downloaded and saved as a ".docx" file on the computer of the user.

  • In Zeda.io, Go to Product Space > Product > Document, click 'Import', choose 'Word', upload the '.docx' file.

Migrate all the Google Docs files at once

  • Click "Deselect all" at the top right of the window above the checkboxes.

  • Scroll to "Drive" and check the box next to it. You can also click "Advanced Settings" to choose which files you want to move.

  • Click "Multiple Formats" to select .docx format for document.

  • Click on "Next Step" at the bottom.

  • On the next step, select Delivery Method as "Send Download link via email" and "Frequency" as per requirement and the type of file as ".zip". Then click on "Create Export".

  • An email with a download link will be received. It will save a zip file to the computer.

  • From the Zip file, Extract the files to a folder on the computer. Users shall be able to import .docx files to Zeda.io.

  • In Zeda.io, Go to Product Space > Product > Document, click "Import", choose "Word", and upload the ".docx" file.
