Introduction

Zapier lets you connect Zeda.io with thousands of the most popular apps, so you can automate your work and have more time for what matters most without having to write a single line of code.

Integration actions

The Zapier <> Zeda.io integration will enable you to -

  • Create requests in backlog from one of the connected apps on Zapier

  • Trigger a Zapier workflow when a request is created in your backlog

Here are some of the popular ways to use Zeda.io

In Zeda.io, we have updated the "Internal requests portal" to "Backlog" and have started calling "Internal requests" as "Requests"

These changes are reflected in our documentation and will soon be updated in our ZAP templates too.

Setup

To setup Zeda.io and Zapier integration, start creating any workflow on Zapier as per the instructions mentioned here.

The most popular way to use Zapier and Zeda.io is to enable your teams to easily create requests in your Zeda.io backlog.

Some popular ways to do this are -

  1. Bring your google form / survey monkey / typeform responses to Zeda.io backlog. Once in backlog, you can process them to take better product decisions

  2. Send your support tickets which contain product feedback, bug to be fixed or new feature idea to Zeda.io backlog directly from support tools like Zendesk / Freshdesk so that you easily involve your support team in building products for your customers.

Once you create requests in Backlog, your product team can take better decisions while defining and improving products for your customers.
